About

Clinical precision, taught with warmth.

From Maryland honors student to international implantology educator — Dr. Oh’s path is defined by rigor, generosity, and a refusal to turn anyone away.

Dr. Oh serves as Chief Clinical Officer of ProSmile, overseeing clinical operations of more than 200 dentists and dental specialists. As a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, he has a special interest in dental implant surgery, the All-on-X full-mouth reconstruction concept, zygomatic implants, teeth in one day, and bone regeneration. With a unique skill set acquired from training around the world, he leaves no patient behind — even those told they have “no bone.”

He is also Co-Founder of Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers — a premier dental implant center in the USA that utilizes technology to lower costs for patients without compromising on outcomes.

Dr. Oh’s dedication to his patients is exceptional. He was voted Top Dentist in Philadelphia Magazine four years running (2019–2022) and selected as one of the top 40 dentists under 40 in the U.S. by Incisal Magazine for his clinical skills, involvement in education, and leadership in the dental field.

He lectures, mentors, and trains doctors nationally and internationally on implant surgery for many different implant companies. His focus: delivering the highest quality, empathetic care to his patients in the most pain-free manner possible.

Dr. Oh grew up in Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Science in physiology and neurobiology from the University of Maryland — College Park. He then graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Dental School, achieving the highest national Board scores in his class. He was a member of several honors societies including OKU, and won scholarships for academic and clinical achievement.

After dental school, Dr. Oh furthered his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, with extensive inpatient and outpatient training in conditions ranging from impacted wisdom teeth and dental implants to major facial reconstructive surgery. He is a published author in the Journal of Maxillofacial Trauma.

Off the clock: Dr. Oh enjoys traveling, golfing, and time with his wife Sophie, son Cameron, daughter Claire, and their two dogs Max and Mandi. Fun fact — while studying to become a dentist, he was the lead guitarist of a band named InciDental.
